About Nezam AI: We put AI to work inside real businesses.
Nezam takes its name from نظام, the Arabic word for the system. We design, build, and operate the AI behind property managers, brokerages, and service businesses. The name is the standard: order that holds up without us in the room.
What we believe: Four principles
- Software over slides. A lot of AI consulting ends in a slide deck. Ours ends in software your team uses every day. Until a system is running in production, we don't count it as done.
- Owned by the client. Everything we build belongs to you from day one: the source code, the credentials, the documentation. If you ever leave, it all comes with you.
- Plain language. If a system can't be explained to your operations lead in a couple of paragraphs, it shouldn't be running your business. We write documentation people actually read.
- Steady cadence. The models get better every few months, and the systems we've shipped should get better with them. Every engagement includes a monthly cycle of improvements, measured and reported.
The team
Ahmed Heshmat (Co-founder · CEO)
Ahmed co-founded Nezam and leads the business: strategy, client relationships, and the public voice of the firm. If you work with us, you'll hear from him often. Based in Toronto. aheshmat@nezamai.com
Hussein Abou-Eita (Co-founder · CTO)
Hussein co-founded Nezam and owns the engineering. Every system we ship is designed, built, and maintained under him. Based between Cairo and Dubai. hussein@nezamai.com
Samer Musa (Director of Sales & Business Development)
Samer leads sales and client growth at Nezam, and is how most engagements begin. He scopes the fit, runs the conversation from first call through onboarding, and represents the firm out in the market. Based in Toronto. info@nezamai.com
Three cities
- Toronto (Headquarters). Where the firm was founded and where it's run from. Ahmed and Samer are here, and so are most of our clients.
- Cairo (Engineering). Hussein leads the engineering from Cairo. Most of what we ship is built here, hours ahead of Toronto.
- Dubai (Delivery). Hussein splits his time between Cairo and Dubai, which gives us a working base in the Gulf.
Why we do this
We're not building AI-native startups, and we're not replacing anyone's team. We bring AI into businesses that already work, automating the repetitive parts so the people who run them get their hours back. Judgment, relationships, and the creative work that actually moves a business forward stay human. That's the whole point.
