We don't run pilots. We ship systems.

An AI firm designing, building, and operating the systems behind modern businesses. Founders Ahmed Heshmat and Hussein Abu-Eita.

About Nezam AI — We don't run pilots. We ship systems.

Nezam — نظام, Arabic for the system — is an AI firm. We design, build, and operate the AI behind property managers, brokerages, and professional-services teams that need software to do work, not demo well.

What we believe — Four principles

  1. Software over slides. Most "AI transformation" produces decks. We produce systems running in production. If it doesn't run on a Tuesday morning without us in the room, we haven't shipped.
  2. Owned by the client. Every system we build belongs to the client on day one. Source code, credentials, documentation. No vendor lock-in.
  3. Plain language. If a system can't be explained to your operations lead in two paragraphs, it shouldn't be running your business.
  4. Steady cadence. AI gets better every quarter. Your systems should too. Monthly improvement cycle on every engagement.

Where we're going

Most companies will not build their own AI. They'll partner with operators who already know how. That's the practice we're building — small, deliberate, technically deep. The operating system for AI-native firms.
