Week one: we watch the work. We sit inside the operation and follow the busiest workflows end to end. We talk to the people doing the work, not just the people managing it, and map which tools are actually load bearing.

Week two: we rank what is worth building. Each candidate automation gets sized: the hours it gives back, what it takes to build, and what could go wrong. Anything that does not pay for itself gets cut from the list.

Delivery: you get the plan, in a working session. We walk through the plan together and argue about the order. You leave with a written document your team can act on, with us or without us.

Do we have to build with you afterwards? No. The plan is written so your team, another firm, or Nezam can build from it. It is yours to keep either way.

What do you need from us? A few hours of your team's time across the two weeks, and a look at the tools you already run. We work around your calendar, not the other way around.
